The title of my PhD thesis is: Weak signals in organizational futures learning, and I did it at Aalto University, School of Economics, faculty of organizations and leadership (Finland). The thesis goes through various definitions for weak signals, and introduces a concept the future sign to overcome the fuzziness of the definitions. Besides of that the thesis also introduces a tool Futures Windows for disseminating visual weak signals in organizations. In my research I also studied where do futurist find weak signals.
