- The Tipping Point by Malcom Gladwell, 2000: after reading this book about social epidemics you can understand why this book is a bestseller!
- Futuring: The Exploration of the Future by Edward Cornish, 2004: this is a good and interesting book. Easy to read and understand.
- Out of the Blue- How to Anticipate Big Future Surprises by John L. Petersen: book about wild cards, list of dozens of possible wild cards in the future
- The Black Swan- the impact of the highly improbable by Nassim Nicholas Taleb: book about wild cards, which are renamed as black swan in this book
- Megamistakes by Steven P. Schnaars, 1989: Predicting the future is not easy and mistakes, even megamistakes are done!
- The Deviant’s Advantage- how to use fringe ideas to create mass markets, by Watts Wacker and Ryan Mathews: easy to read and interesting too!
